ACFA’s Moving to the Cloud!!!

 

The first stage of ACFA's new computer system for central office is now in use, and the amount we need to raise is $8000.  So far we have received $6300, with more promised.  Help us color the thermometer red - donate
today! 

Software Engineer, David Rook of Rook Development Group LLC has been working on a new computer software program for several months, and our new, state of the art, web-based (in the cloud) Central Office computer
system was launched on June 1, 2012.  It is already significantly improving efficiency and turn-around time in the Office.

This new program replaces our old program and will also be the gateway to our member portal which is being developed by David. As each application of the member portal goes 'live', our members will be able to go online to
check their member account, renew membership(s), perform online litter and individual registrations, and submit information for championship and grand championship confirmations.

We hope to link eClerk in the not too distant future and are planning for the implementation of electronic judges' books and master catalogs as time and money permit.
